Crunchy Ranch Chicken

We made this for lunch today and I really enjoyed it so I thought I would post the recipe. It only took two minutes to prepare and 45 minutes to bake.

1 cup corn flakes, crushed
1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 packet ranch salad dressing mix
imitation butter spray
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine corn flakes, Parmesan cheese, and ranch dressing mix in bowl. Spray each chicken breast with imitation butter spray and dip in the corn flakes mixture. Place on baking dish and sprinkle remaining mixture on top. Bake uncovered, 45 minutes.

We have decided to make a photo c.d. with all of the old family pictures. Natalie seems to have a lot and I got a box from mom and dad's house, so if anyone else has old, random pictures...get them to Natalie. Dad is flying out to Nat's in a week or so and I am going to send all of the pictures I have with him. See if you have any photos lying around and get them to dad before he leaves. I think it will be really cool to have a copy of all of the older photos, don't you?

Today the five of us will meet in Las Vegas for a weekend trip together! I thought an old photo of the five of us would be a great throwback!

I framed our family pics this past week. I did an 8x10 of the whole family and my family and 4x6's of everyone else. Is anyone planning on doing the same thing? Now my only problem is trying to arrange it on my shelf....

Countdown

I remember being in Las Vegas with my new camera, taking pictures of the hallway walls at Circus Circus. I probably took
