Chicken Pie

1 cup cooked diced chicken

1 cup frozen broccoli (or vegetable of your choice)

1 (15 ounce) can of cream of mushroom soup

1 (9") pie shell, frozen

Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Gently combine chicken, vegetables and soup in medium bowl. Pour mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 45-60 minutes, until cheese is melted and mixture is bubble.

WELCOME BACK, THROW-BACK!!

Although this throwback isn't that long ago,

I think it fits the occasion perfectly since we will be having

two of our kiddos turning 8 in just a few days.

Wintertime Blah?

Does anyone else suffer from the winter blues? Since it has been in the teens the last couple of days, I have been finding myself stuck inside! I thought I would post a few summertime memories to boost us all and to look forward to another vacation! My vote anywhere warm..scratch that HOT!

As I check all the blogs on a daily basis, I've been thinking how I really miss the Throwback Thursday Pictures. Does anyone else? I know this has taken alot of Nats time to do this, but I really loved it. What can I do to get this started again? Post more often here? I will try!
